Privacy Policy

The protection of privacy and personal data is a priority for Pluricall – Contact Center Services, S. A. and a clear commitment from us.

This policy relates to the privacy practices within the activity carried out by Pluricall including the portals, websites and other services managed by Pluricall. The personal data you provide to us during interaction with the various services will be treated with the security and confidentiality measures required by the legal framework on the protection of personal data.

The portals and websites under the responsibility of Pluricall, within the scope of the services provided, may contain links to other websites under the responsibility of third parties. Pluricall’s privacy policy applies exclusively to the websites and services under its responsibility. When you access other parties’ websites, even from Pluricall websites, you should read their privacy policies.

Any attempts to modify information, or any other action that may cause damage and put at risk the integrity of the system, are strictly prohibited under current legislation. The user undertakes to scrupulously comply with the applicable legislation, particularly with regard to cybercrime and intellectual property rights, and is solely responsible for the infringement of these regulations.

Privacy

Pluricall respects your right to privacy. The data requested is intended for the provision of the service requested by you. No personal data that is not necessary for the provision of the service or without your consent will be collected.

The interaction with the services, portals and websites of Pluricall does not require information from the user, except when, for expressly identified purposes. In this case, the register is declared as necessary and is authorized by the user.

Responsible for data processing

Pluricall as the responsible for data processing:

  • Ensures that the processing of your personal data is carried out within the scope of the purposes for which they have been collected or for purposes compatible with them;
  • Collect, use and store only the personal data necessary for the purpose in question;
  • It does not transmit personal data for commercial or advertising purposes;
  • It processes personal data for legally prescribed purposes or for the pursuit of services at your request.

Subcontractor

Pluricall as a subcontractor undertakes to comply with the agreements on privacy and personal data management agreed with the entities responsible for data processing.

Personal data we collect

The personal data processed by Pluricall are of various natures, given the provision of services promoted in the online platforms and other services under its management, as well as for recruitment purposes.

According to the type of services provided or for recruitment purposes, the following may be collected: IP address; name; email address; telephone contact (or mobile phone); and professional information, according to each form provided for this purpose.

Personal Data Security

Pluricall, in the pursuit of its activities, uses a set of security technologies and procedures suitable for the protection of your personal data, protecting it from unauthorised access or disclosure, namely:

  • Physical security measures, such as access control for employees, collaborators and visitors to the facilities and, on the data center installations, restricted mechanisms for intrusion fighting, fire extinguishing, equipment monitoring and accommodation of equipment in dedicated racks;
  • Logical security measures, in the access component to systems and work posts through mechanisms for identity, authentication and privilege management; in the network component, the use of firewalls and intrusion detection systems, as well as information encryption through safe communication channels.

Access and control your Personal Data

We provide, at your request, access, rectification and erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability of your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 

If the use of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it, without compromising the validity of the data processing carried out until that moment.

Through the Data Protection Officer (dpo@pluricall.pt) you can request:

  • Information about your data;
  • Information about the data processing;
  • The purpose underlying the processing;
  • The correction, or updating, of data;
  • Your data in an open format;
  • The deletion of data, without prejudice to the law applicable to the processing in question.

Personal data communication

For the purpose of recruitment, we may communicate the data to companies that we have engaged to pursue such processing goals on our behalf or to companies that are managing recruitment processes for Pluricall positions.

As part of our purposes of managing your request for an offer and managing your customer relationship with us, we may use the contact details you provide to send you marketing communications relating to our business which we believe will be of interest to you. However, in such messages we will always include the option to decline to continue to receive such communications in the future. We may also communicate the data to companies, which we have engaged to carry out the above mentioned purposes on our behalf.

Personal data retention period

Your personal data will be kept by Pluricall for the period necessary for the processing, according to the respective purpose.

For the purpose of recruitment, your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of one year from the date of submission of your application in an application pack or, if you are part of an actual recruitment process, may be kept for an additional period not exceeding six months after the end of the process.

For the purpose of managing your request for proposal and managing your customer relationship with us, personal data will be kept for a maximum period of two years from the date of the last contact we have with you.

The retention periods may be changed when justified by the associated public interest, historical, scientific or statistical reasons, and Pluricall undertakes to adopt the appropriate conservation and security measures.

Cookies

Pluricall uses cookies and other similar technologies on its websites to improve the performance and browsing experience of its users, increasing the speed and efficiency of response on the one hand, and eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information on the other.

Exoneração de Responsabilidade

Pluricall shall not be liable for any loss or damage in any way whatsoever in respect of civil liability (including, but not limited to, consequential, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits and moral damages, whether caused directly or indirectly) which arise as a result of the use, correct or incorrect, of its services, websites and respective contents by the user, including improper access to the user’s computer and computer system by third parties.

The websites may contain links to websites operated by third parties over which it has no control and for which it assumes no responsibility.

Amendment to the Security and Privacy Policy

The present Terms and Conditions, which should be read carefully, may be altered, with the alterations being considered to take effect from the date of their publication on this website, with express reference to the date of updating.

Applicable law

The present Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law.
